YUMMY SMOKED PANLA STEW RECIPE!

Abimbola Omole

Smoked panla stew is one of my favourite buka stew to make! It is one of the most affordable stew to make too. I think a bundle of panla which consists of  4 big fish goes for N500. So you can see that it is very affordable.
The smokey flavor of the fish adds extra taste to the stew and it goes so well with various foods like boiled rice, yam, sweet potato and plain okra, egusi or eforiro to eat swallow.
Me i dont know the english name of panla fish o! so just collect it like that! 😜
