We all realize we've got to eat to live (trust me on this one) but too little of the right kinds of food can cause or lead to poor health status. if you want to develop healthy eating habits, you have to ensure the following; tips :-
- Eat blanced diet at all times
- Introduce fruits and vegetables in your meal
- Eat three balanced meals a day
- Drink lots of water before and after meal
- Eat a healthy breakfast, include grains and fruits
- Do not let yourself become so hungry as to over eat at meal times
- Eat slowly and chew your food throughly to aid in digestion
- Choose low fat diary products, inculcate white meat or fish in your diet
- As much as possible, avoid processed food.
- Use moderation at all times
- Eat less in the evening.
- Eliminate sugar or choose an unrefined sugar such as Honey
- Gradually wean from large portions of meals to achive a healthy weight
- Eat at least one nutritious meal per day with your family to encourage
